How do I change the picture size on my bell receiver?
I recently bought a new television, and whenever I watch cable from, my bell receiver the picture I am seeing is either to small or to big. However, I do not have this problem with my ps3. For my ps3 I go to fit to screen option, and the picture fits perfectly. However when I watch cable and I go to fit to screen, the picture doesent fit the screen and its too small. When I go to wide fit some of the picture gets cut off. I want to be able to see the picture in full 55 inches so please help. I went to best buy to ask some dude for help, and he said u have to set the picture up from your bell receiver, but I dunno how to.
I have a Samsung LED 3d TV,6 series
Bell receiver: HD PVR
your remote should have a button in the very bottom left (below the 7) and just above whatever that symbol is (I forget) It says format. Keep pressing that while watching any channel until it fits the screen properly
